Job Summary
Provides pre-order onsite and phone/email technical and commercial application support in effort to grow sales at End-user, OEM, Distributor and System Integrator accounts.
Assist field sales personnel and customers with the selection of the Company’s products that best fit the application requirements, including the mentoring of other Control Techniques sales and technical team members.
Support greater engineering organization by contributing to Technical Support and Field Service needs via email, phone, ticket responses, and site visits.
