Job Summary

• The AVP, Finance Transformation is a senior enterprise leadership role accountable for driving value-led, well-governed, and well-adopted transformation across the Finance function.
• Own and continuously evolve the Finance-wide change management strategy, covering Finance Elevate initiatives, Finance enablement and technology-led change, operating model and process changes.
• Lead and develop a Manila-based team responsible for program delivery, reporting, and change enablement.
