  • The purpose of this role is to improve the quality of sales personnel output by building a management system and formulating management methods according to the company's sales efficiency management strategy.
  • Key responsibilities include executing the overall plan for the sales personnel service model, formulating KPIs and follow-up mechanisms based on channel layout and service standards, and setting efficiency management indicators for frontline sales personnel.
