Job Summary
To develop performance-driven incentive mechanism and its application in AIA China.
Effectively run performance related projects, campaigns and tasks, set policies/guidelines/rules, facilitate collaboration among R&R, HRBP and group performance team to foster quality goal setting to align between company / function goals and individual goals, strengthen healthy performance distribution, on-going feedback and PIP, as well as enable managers to understand performance management system and be capable of coach and feedback.
Enrich the company recognition framework and implement diverse recognition mechanism to provide timely encouragement and recognition to employees and stimulate organization vitality.
