Job Summary

  • To develop performance-driven incentive mechanism and its application in AIA China.
  • Effectively run performance related projects, campaigns and tasks, set policies/guidelines/rules, facilitate collaboration among R&R, HRBP and group performance team to foster quality goal setting to align between company / function goals and individual goals, strengthen healthy performance distribution, on-going feedback and PIP, as well as enable managers to understand performance management system and be capable of coach and feedback.
  • Enrich the company recognition framework and implement diverse recognition mechanism to provide timely encouragement and recognition to employees and stimulate organization vitality.
