  • The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and driving the hotel's Learning & Development strategy to ensure Heartists and leaders continuously develop skills and knowledge.
  • Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive L&D strategy, ensuring a high-quality onboarding program, and designing/facilitating training sessions in various areas.
  • This role actively contributes to establishing a culture of continuous learning, service excellence, and leadership development by acting as a facilitator, coach, and strategic partner.
