• We need your expertise to help power the next generation of AI.
• You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics like life, health, property, casualty, and commercial insurance; fraud detection; regulatory frameworks; and customer communication—documenting every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning.
• On a typical day, you will converse with the model in both English and French on real-world insurance scenarios and technical questions, verify factual accuracy and industry logic, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
