Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13 - 15 years of relevant experience or 17 - 19 years of relevant work experience
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Completed Six Sigma DMAIC, DMADV, and Lean Process Improvement Projects
  • Experience with continuously improving EPC work processes
  • Extensive experience supervising direct reports
  • Trained in Kaizen and / or Lean methodologies
  • Trained in Causal Analysis techniques
